2. Product features and Application range 

2.1 VP/VPA Series Printing ink of this series apply to high-end PVC decorating materials, especially for those  designed to meet the demands of high light and heat resistance and mould pressing  extension. The product is featured by favorable light resistance, high-pressure  fitness(especially applicable for products with high thickness),printing adaptation, little gap  before and after heat pressing and color fixation(combined with appropriate solvent) during  the printing process, which plays an effective role in reducing products rejection rate. 

2.2 VA/WTL Series VA Printing Ink Application: VA printing ink is mainly used for edge banding printing of PVC mixed extruding  or rolling. Combined with glazing on surface or oil polishing on PU. It is widely used for PVC  and ABS materials on the surface of various edging decoration materials. 

Products Properties: 

1) Favorable adhesion. 

2) Special quality pigment with bright color and favorable weather resistance. 

3) Clear layer gradation of end product pattern. 

4) Dry easily and not glutinous, applying to high-speed printing operations. 

5) Resistant to plasticizer migration, duplicable but free from ink removal. 

6) Perfectly adaptive to printing and can be used stably for a long time. 

2.3 WTL Water-Based Ink Application: Mainly used for gravure press sealed by PVC edge banding, combined with oil  polishing on surface of water-based UV or PU. 

Products Properties: 

1) Being water-based ink, It is environment friendly with no sharp odor or poisonous  materials, which responds to the future global development trend. 

2) With excellent adhesion, the water-based ink will adhere to PVC materials closely after  complete drying. 

3) Special quality pigment with bright color and favorable weather resistance.

2.4 PVC Surface treating Agent FP Series/joint Treating Agent Manufactured with imported materials, the products is highly resistant to weather, dries easily, adhesive to PVC surfaces, bonds well with melt adhesive, resistant to plasticizer, stable in performance and easy to use. 

2.5 WPV Series Water-based Ink Application: Environment friendly water-based ink products developed for wall decorating  materials are applicable for all printing wall papers, such as PVC foamed wallpaper, wall cloth  or other wallpaper, wall cloth or other wallpaper such as non-woven fabrics or overlay  papers.

Products Properties: 

1) Highly adhesive, resistance to dry or wet cleaning. 

2) Resistance to weather change and heat, with favorable color fixing capacity. 

3) Smooth ink cover and not sticky. 

4) Flat printing with clear pattern layers. 

5) No color fading in the long run.

2.5 VH Series Ink  Ink of this series applies to top grade PVC floor decorating material, especially to  products designed for high heat-resistance and modeling extensions. This product is highly  resistant to heat and light, bonding favorably(suitable for multi-layered products with high  thickness, clear printing, little color difference before and after heat pressing),little color  fading during the printing process(requiring appropriate solvent and printing viscosity),which  effectively reduces product rejection rate.

Products Instruction 

1. Stir base ink before mixing to ensure good proportion. Apply diluents to achieve  operating viscosity of ink, whose adjustment depends on actual printing speed.

2. Choice of diluents depends on operational conditions on site, such as printing speed and  drying performance, Clients may allocate or use fast/mediate/slow diluents supplied by  our company. 

3. While choosing PVC thin cover as the base material, diluents composition could be  adjusted to avoid cover shrinking due to ink erosion. 

4. While mixing light colors, it is suggested to add transparent gold oil. While using intensive  ink of our company, it is suggested to apply transparent gold oil so that adhesion and  other qualities will not be influenced. 

5. If users want to deploy metal ink or pearl lusting ink, it is suggested to choose specially  diluted gold oil, which will maintain the fundamental properties of ink and also presents  better patterns.
